Refund policy

Due to the nature of my items, most sales and purchases are final. I cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to things like change of mind or not liking the scent or color. 

Exchanges and  refunds can be done on special exceptions only.  Please contact me by email. 

I'm always open to hearing feedback and concerns, should they arise.

I take care packing my products, if something arrives broken please email me right away at sparkly_shine_body@yahoo.com after opening shipping box and include your order number, photos and all necessary details.

I custom make your product when the order is received, no preservatives are used so for best results, use products within 6-12 months of purchase. Please check ingredients prior to purchasing to see potential allergens. It is essential to try a small patch test on skin prior to using any body products. Should you encounter any adverse reaction, stop use.
